Welcome back to another blog post.
The summer learning journey is happening during the holidays and this is one of my activities. We were choosing the types of foods we would take with us on a three week boat trip. Specifically, a Hawaiian canoe. This is what it looks like.

Here a 10 foods that I would take on the boat trip.
Dark Protein Chocolate - Lasts and fills you up. It also is a great energy source when you are working hard.
Dried Fruit - Its light an not heavy for storing and carrying. It is also really yummy and give you heaps of energy.
Freeze Dried Vegetables - its healthy and yummy. Its good for a meal and really light and fills you up heaps.
Potato Flakes - There small and easy to et on big trips and fill you up because it is a vegetable= and veges fill you up.
Muesli Bars - They are quick and easy and they have nuts oats and more. I like the ones with the chocolate because it fill me up.
Nuts and Raisins - again they are quick and easy to eats and they almost don't go out of date because they are used to sit around for a while.
Chips - They aren't that healthy but they are good for trips and are really yummy with dip but that goes mouldy after a while.
Caned beef - Caned stuff almost never runs out of date and meat it is really good for you because it is meat.
Caned fruit - fruit is also good for you if you haven't eating well for a couple of days and the juice has a lot of energy.
Oats - again it fills you up but as well you can eat it for breakfast by its self.

Surfs up
Today I am going to go to talk about what I have been doing with EOTC. EOTC is a week were we go out and do some activities this year we did surfing. I loved surfing and especially the part when me and my friend Truby cought a wave and we were raming each other. I really enjoyed EOTC week and all the fun that we had. I am going to the high school next year and they do it twice a year instead once a year. A funny moment was when the wind was pushing me and my board over. I got pushed over in the water from the massive waves.
