Today I have a blog about my maths. We were learning to use different strategies like Equal adjustments, place value and tidy numbers.  We were having to get the answer to bigger equations with one of these strategies. our W.A.L.T. is show your thinking while recording.

My weekend

Hi guys welcome back to blog post,

Today I have a blog post about my weekend. In the weekends I went to a water hole with my family. We shared a picnic from the BBQ the night before. I went with my dog zena. I have previously blogged about zena. I will have some photos of me at the water whole later on.


 There was an rope swing that you could swing of into the water. I had so much fun at the water hole.

Halloween

Hi guys welcome back to another blog post,

Today's blog post is about Halloween. Halloween is a time of year where you dress up in a costume and you go around people houses asking them for candy.

You might think this is not a really good idea because they could put something in the candy. The safest option is to go to people houses that you know. This year I didn't have anybody come to my house because I live in a area where not many kids live.  Tell me what you did for Halloween and if any body came to your house. If your house was decorated for Halloween then post a picture of it.

Flower show

Hi guys,

Today I have a got a quick blog post about what is  going on in Christchurch. The Flower show is coming up this Saturday The 2nd of November. My class is participating in it by painting flowers. This is going to happen at Riccarton High School. There are going to be heaps or art work there and heaps of activities. It will hopefully be a nice day to get out of the house and have some fun!

My Writing

Hi guys welcome back to another blog ,

Today I have a blog about my writing.  With my writing I had to make it so I had to use more "ing" words. The reason I had to use more "ing" words is because it makes your writing stronger and powerful.

Our WALT for writing is
W.A.L.T

• Write in past progressive tense
• Use powerful action verbs
• only include what is powerful, meaningful and important

“No, no, no!” I was sliding back into the dream.I was gasping struggling to breathe also thumbing through the place between.  I was creaking trying to scream for help. I was sniffing like a poor dog. I was trying to get out of the dream but I couldn't it was like a vacuum cleaner it kept sucking me in. I was in the place between. I didn't know what to do. I was trying to wake up still strugiling. I got stuck in the sheets
